If you're not sure what to do, here is a guide to working this system, which includes basic submission guidelines and an overview of what each ticket type means. If we do not answer your ticket right away, please do not open a new one. Generally, it takes approximately an hour for us to answer tickets, but please remember that MSPARP is run on a volunteer basis and that admins may be asleep or at work/school and may not be able to answer your ticket instantly. If it has been twenty four hours since you have opened your first ticket, you may open another one. However, if you spam this ticket system in order to try to receive a faster response, you may be banned from it and MSPARP as well. Please use this ticket system responsibly and we will be sure to answer your question as quickly as we can.
